Ramcoin 📜 Terms of Sales – Updated February 2026 Edition

These Terms govern the sale, purchase, access, and use of Ramcoin (RAM) inside RAMVERSE — the decentralized ecosystem of Royal Web3 Blockchain. By purchasing, holding, transferring, staking, or using RAM and any RAMVERSE services (including BRAHM-Ai), you agree to these Terms.

Important Notice: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. RAM is intended as an ecosystem utility token. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, or medical advice.

1️⃣ Definitions

✅ “RAM / Ramcoin” refers to the Ramcoin token used within RAMVERSE (TRC20 on TRON).
✅ “RAMVERSE” refers to the ecosystem modules, apps, and services under Royal Web3 Blockchain.
✅ “BRAHM-Ai” is the main product of RAMVERSE: a live Voice + Avatar + Vision AI system that can interact, guide, and automate user actions (features may evolve).
✅ “User” means any person accessing or using RAM, RAMVERSE, or BRAHM-Ai services.

2️⃣ General Terms

✅ RAM is a utility token designed to access features, services, rewards, and experiences within RAMVERSE.
✅ RAM does not represent ownership, shares, dividends, or profit rights in any entity.
✅ All blockchain transactions are final and non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of decentralized networks.

3️⃣ BRAHM-Ai (Main Product) — Core Utility

✅ BRAHM-Ai Voice: real-time voice conversation system (STT → LLM → TTS) with avatar presence.
✅ Avatar Mode: lipsync + micro facial motion + idle frames (Krish / Rama) during listening/thinking/speaking.
✅ Vision Intelligence: user instruction par camera open, mood detection, age estimation, face memory, and personalized welcome greeting.
✅ Automation Agent: voice commands can trigger safe app actions (e.g., WhatsApp draft/send flow, Spotify play, YouTube open/play, email draft, call/dial) with user confirmation.
✅ Medicine Strip Reader: “dawai dekho / ye dawai pado / read this medicine” — name extraction + expert-style informational guidance.

4️⃣ Purchase & Payment

✅ RAM may be available via supported exchanges and official ecosystem channels.
✅ Exchange KYC/AML requirements are controlled by the exchange/platform policies.
✅ Token price is market-driven and may be highly volatile.
✅ Once submitted and confirmed on-chain, transactions cannot be reversed or cancelled.

5️⃣ Token Usage & Utility

🔹 Stake RAM in RamStak (as available) to participate in reward mechanisms.
🔹 Participate in governance through RamDAO (where enabled).
🔹 Use Potlipay for wallet utilities, transfers, logs, and ecosystem access features.
🔹 Engage with NFT Zone and ecosystem reward modules (where applicable).
🔹 Access BRAHM-Ai premium experiences, tools, and features (where enabled).
🔹 Access learning/developer tools like Sutram (where available).

6️⃣ Security, Privacy & Permissions

✅ Users are responsible for safeguarding private keys, seed phrases, and credentials.
✅ Royal Web3 Blockchain is not liable for losses due to compromised keys, phishing, or user error.
✅ Camera/Microphone features in BRAHM-Ai require user permission and may not work in all browsers/devices.
✅ Personalization may use derived signals (e.g., mood, age band, face signature, last-visit timing) for better UX. No guarantee is provided for perfect detection accuracy.

7️⃣ Medical / OCR Disclaimer (BRAHM-Ai Medicine Reader)

✅ Medicine name detection via camera/OCR can be inaccurate due to blur, lighting, packaging variations, or OCR errors.
✅ BRAHM-Ai provides informational guidance only and is not a substitute for a doctor/pharmacist.
✅ Users must verify medicine name, dosage, and suitability from the official label and a licensed professional before use.
✅ In emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.

8️⃣ Refund & Cancellation Policy

❌ All RAM sales/transfers are final; no refunds or chargebacks are possible after blockchain confirmation.
✅ Users must verify wallet address, network, and amount before sending any transaction.

9️⃣ Liability & Risk Disclaimer

✅ Digital assets are volatile and may result in partial or total loss.
✅ Users are solely responsible for local law compliance, taxation, and lawful usage.
✅ RAMVERSE services are utility-focused and should not be treated as investment products.
