By accessing or using BRAHM-Ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BRAHM-Ai services, including BRAHM-Ai Voice, BRAHM-Ai True Chat, and related tools, features, and websites (collectively, “Services”). By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3) Accounts, Login & Security

  • You may need an account to access certain features (e.g., personalization, dashboard).
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4) Service Description

  • Voice: voice interaction may use microphone input and speech processing.
  • True Chat: text chat experience for general queries.
  • Tools: utility modules hosted on related domains (e.g., brahm-ai.in).
  • We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

5) Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Break any law, regulation, or court order.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any person.
  • Upload or share malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt systems.
  • Generate or distribute content that violates rights (privacy, IP, etc.).
  • Misrepresent the Services as official advice for medical/legal/financial decisions without professional review.

6) AI Outputs & Disclaimer

BRAHM-Ai outputs are generated by automated systems and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify important information independently.
  • Outputs are provided “as-is” and for informational purposes only.
  • You are responsible for how you use any output, guidance, or suggestion.
  • We do not guarantee correctness, availability, or suitability for any specific purpose.

7) Privacy

8) Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit, such as prompts, text, or inputs (“User Content”).
  • You grant us permission to process User Content to provide the Services (e.g., generate replies, improve safety).

  • BRAHM-Ai branding, logos, UI design, and service components are owned by their respective owners.
  • You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the Services without permission.

11) Payments & Future API

13) Suspension & Termination

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRAHM-Ai and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the Services.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRAHM-Ai and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

16) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan (unless otherwise required by applicable law).

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
